We are always looking for great new outdoor furniture options, and with Gloster one of the oldest companies turns out to be the best! The Dansk Series is a Mid-Century homage to Arne Jacobsen and Hans Wegner, with outdoor leather and teak legs.  The Bella Series is truly functional art with unmatched curvilinear lines, and the cloud series may the the collect modular outdoor seating system out there! We are so happy to be bringing Alessi to Bend! From the iconic Juicy Salif juicer and Anna G corkscrew, the the fun and whimsy of the beaver pencil sharpener, Alessi is in a class of their own. Their dinnerware and flatware are unparalleled as well. Many of the best designers in the world have their names on Alessi items, and we at furnish. are happy to be associated with all of them!

Huppe is our newest find, and soon to be newest company on our floor!  Made in Canada, these exquisite pieces are modern and timeless all at the same time. The detail and craftsmanship are obvious throughout, and the fairly recent addition of designer Joel Dupras has helped position Huppe at the cutting edge of contemporary and modern design. The Magnolia Dining Collection and Swan Bedroom Collection were two of our favorites at Market!

Solé bikes poses the question "why settle for something you don't love" when it comes to your bicycle transportation? I kinda love these bikes.  A true "fixie" single gear designed to be both pleasing to ride and to the eye, with multiple color combinations to match your own aesthetic.  It weighs only 26 pounds- great for counterbalancing the weight of your wallet since these run only $379.

Smartphones are working their way into every part of our lives, and the newest offering, the August Smart Lock, lets you leave your keys at home.  With a swipe of your phone, or even just by approaching the door, it unlocks for you. Beyond that you can set your lock to allow others access via their phones either permanently or for a specific amount of time. Got a delivery coming when your not there? Just give the delivery person access via their phone. The August Smart Lock also keeps tabs on who enters and when. It is supposed to be coming out later this year, and the price tag is a relatively modest $200.

The Gravity Balans by Varier is one of my new favorite chairs! There is a position for comfort in any activity AND it looks cool.  When fully reclined the Gravity Balans offers a zero gravity sensation with feet and heart on level fields, and a gentle rocking from the beat of your heart. Bring it up, and it is perfect for relaxing with a book or in front of the tv. Further forward and it is a great conversational sit, all the while providing neck and back support in any position.  We hope to get these at furnish. in the near future!

The Wall Clock + Big Wheel Hour designed by Wil Van Der Bos for Kikkerman is our newest addition, and perfect for our very bike-centric town! It is a conversation starter- and apparently was spotted on Will and Grace back in the day. 

The Wine Breather by Menu is one of our favorite accessories at furnish., and at our home! Place the Wine Breather on top of your bottle, flip it over, and watch the wine cascade down the sides of the decanter. It is incredibly fun to watch while it aerates, and is quite the conversation starter. The decanter is easy to pour from and it has a beautiful top if you want to save some rather than polish off the whole bottle. Classy and fun, the best of both worlds!

 Vin de Garde Modern Wine Cellars takes wine display to whole new levels of modernism. Now you too can have the sophisticated look normally only seen in high end haute couture restaurants, and it is made easy with their XY Series panels. Able to hold nine bottles, this modular series set on acrylic backs is a showpiece even before the bottles are placed. This may bring the bottle out of the "cellar" and into the dining room or any other showcase wall!

 One of my favorite things about owning furnish. is when someone calls us out of the blue to see if we are interested in their really cool new product. In the case of The Square water bottle, the answer was yes! Designed by a team of former Apple engineers, The Square is infinitely modern and incredibly well designed.  Tired of hard to clean bottles? The Square opens from both ends to easily clean everywhere! Winner of the 2012 Red Dot Award for product design, this is the newest IT bottle to have. Great design just gets me excited!

Barstools are one of those items that have so many different uses that it makes finding just the right one difficult! Is it for a bar where you sit a long time and need comfort, or is it a place to "perch" for a moment while you talk to the person in the kitchen? Backless to fit underneath, or high-back for support? Want it to go between chair height and counter height, or bar height and beyond? Nuevo has come out with a few new options which help us meet so many different requirements.  Modern industrial is certainly making a push for many of our companies, and it is well represented here.
